🍖 Steak Kidney Pie

Ingredients
- 250g puff pastry
- 250g beef
- 100g kidneys
- 1 onion
- 200ml beef broth
- 1el parsley
- 30g flour
- 50g butter
- 1tl salt
- 1tl pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cube beef and kidneys, season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Sauté onion in butter, add meat and cook for a few minutes.
- 3. Add flour, mix well, then add broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 4. Stir in parsley, let the mixture cool.
- 5. Roll out puff pastry, line a pie dish.
- 6. Fill with meat mixture, cover with pastry lid, seal well.
- 7. Bake at 200°C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
