  2. 2. Sauté onion in butter, add meat and cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3. Add flour, mix well, then add broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in parsley, let the mixture cool.
  5. 5. Roll out puff pastry, line a pie dish.
  6. 6. Fill with meat mixture, cover with pastry lid, seal well.
  7. 7. Bake at 200°C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
