🍖 Steak Frites

Ingredients
- 2 Beef steak
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 30 g butter
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 EL Fresh parsley
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks.
- 2. Cook in salted water until soft.
- 3. Season steaks with salt and pepper and fry in a pan.
- 4. Add butter and chopped garlic, fry briefly.
- 5. Drain potato sticks and fry until golden in the pan.
- 6. Sprinkle steaks with parsley and serve with fries.
