  2. 2. Cook in salted water until soft.
  3. 3. Season steaks with salt and pepper and fry in a pan.
  4. 4. Add butter and chopped garlic, fry briefly.
  5. 5. Drain potato sticks and fry until golden in the pan.
  6. 6. Sprinkle steaks with parsley and serve with fries.
