Ingredients
- 250g Beef steak
- 150g Beef kidney
- 1 Onion
- 250g Flour
- 100g butter
- 400ml Beef broth
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
- 1 TL Thyme
- 1 Eggs
Instructions
- 1. Chop steak and kidney, sauté with onion.
- 2. Knead flour and butter, let dough rest.
- 3. Simmer filling with broth and spices.
- 4. Roll out dough, place filling, and cover.
- 5. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes until golden.
