Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- 125g butter
- 75ml Water
- 200g Steak
- 100g Kidneys
- 1 Onion
- 200ml Beef Stock
- 5g Salt
- 1g Pepper
- 5g Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and butter, incorporate water, and chill for 30 minutes.
- 2. Dice steak and kidneys.
- 3. Sauté onion, add meat, and brown.
- 4. Add beef stock and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- 5. Roll out the dough, place in pie dish, fill with mixture, and cover with dough.
- 6. Bake at 200°C for 40-45 minutes.
- 7. Allow to cool before serving.
