Ingredients
- 500 Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 20 Ginger
- 1 Curry powder
- 200 Coconut milk
- 150 Tomatoes
- 1 Salt
- 0.5 Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces and set aside.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 4. Add chicken and sauté until browned.
- 5. Add curry powder, tomatoes, coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
