🍛 Sri Lanka Curry

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 1 Tasse Coconut Milk
- 2 EL Curry Powder
- 1 TL Salt
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until translucent.
- 3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 4. Cut chicken into pieces, add, and sauté until brown.
- 5. Add curry powder and salt, mix well.
- 6. Add coconut milk and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 7. Serve and enjoy with rice.
