Ingredients
- 200 Fresh spinach
- 3 Green onions
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Blanch spinach briefly and drain.
- 2. Place in a bowl and let cool.
- 3. Finely chop garlic and add to spinach.
- 4. Add sesame oil and soy sauce, mix well.
- 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
