🍳 Lean Curd Frittata with Spinach and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 200 g Lean curd cheese
- 100 g Soft goat cheese
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 150 g Frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 10 g Dried onions
- 10 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Grease a non-stick skillet (approx. 24 cm) with the butter over medium heat.
- 2. Mix the lean curd, half of the goat cheese (crumbled), the eggs, dried onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- 3. Stir the squeezed spinach into the egg mixture.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the hot skillet and spread it evenly.
- 5. Cook the frittata for 5 minutes over medium heat until the edges are set.
- 6. Carefully flip the frittata onto a plate and let it cook for approx. 2 minutes on the other side.
- 7. Place the remaining goat cheese on the hot frittata and let it melt under the lid for 3 minutes.
- 8. Cut the frittata into 4 equal pieces and serve warm.
