🥧 Spinach-Chorizo Puff Bites

Ingredients
- 1 Packung (500 g) Puff pastry (thawed)
- 150 g Chorizo sausage
- 125 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Frozen spinach (thawed)
- 2 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chorizo into very small cubes.
- 2. Squeeze the thawed spinach completely dry with your hands.
- 3. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, spinach, chorizo, and paprika powder in a large bowl.
- 4. Divide the puff pastry into 16 equal squares.
- 5. Place one tablespoon of filling in the center of each square.
- 6. Fold the corners of the pastry squares to the center, press the edges firmly together, and shape into a ball.
- 7. Place the puffs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until golden brown.
