  2. 2. Squeeze the thawed spinach completely dry with your hands.
  3. 3. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, spinach, chorizo, and paprika powder in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Divide the puff pastry into 16 equal squares.
  5. 5. Place one tablespoon of filling in the center of each square.
  6. 6. Fold the corners of the pastry squares to the center, press the edges firmly together, and shape into a ball.
  7. 7. Place the puffs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until golden brown.
