🥪 Egg Toast with Bacon

Ingredients
- 2 Scheiben Whole grain bread
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Scheiben Bacon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Fry bacon until crispy in a skillet.
- 2. Crack eggs into the same skillet and fry.
- 3. Toast the bread.
- 4. Mash avocado and spread on the toast.
- 5. Top toast with eggs and bacon, season, and serve.
