  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water al dente (firm to the bite).
  2. 2. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
  3. 3. Place the drained tuna meat in a bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the garlic and chili flakes for 1 minute until fragrant. Careful not to burn.
  6. 6. Add the tuna to the pan and heat it for 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the drained spaghetti directly to the pan with the tuna.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it and season with salt.
  9. 9. Mix everything well until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
  10. 10. Serve the pasta with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
