🌶️ Spicy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 2 Dosen (je 140 g abgetropft) Tuna (in own juice)
- 1 TL Chili flakes
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 Stück Lemon
- 30 g Parmesan (grated)
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Bund Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 3. Place the drained tuna meat in a bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 5. Fry the garlic and chili flakes for 1 minute until fragrant. Careful not to burn.
- 6. Add the tuna to the pan and heat it for 2 minutes.
- 7. Add the drained spaghetti directly to the pan with the tuna.
- 8. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it and season with salt.
- 9. Mix everything well until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
- 10. Serve the pasta with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
