  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Spread the olive oil and pressed garlic over the flatbread, leaving a 1 cm border.
  3. 3. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and feta cubes evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle the chili flakes over the top.
  4. 4. Place the flatbread in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove the flatbread from the oven. Immediately place the fresh basil leaves on top. Let it rest for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the flatbread. Cut it into four or eight pieces. Serve warm.
