🍕 Spicy Tomato Feta Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 Stk. Large flatbread (round)
- 125 g Feta cheese (cubed)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 5 g Chili flakes
- 1 Stk. Garlic clove (pressed)
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 15 Stk. Fresh basil leaves
- 10 ml Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Spread the olive oil and pressed garlic over the flatbread, leaving a 1 cm border.
- 3. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and feta cubes evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle the chili flakes over the top.
- 4. Place the flatbread in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
- 5. Remove the flatbread from the oven. Immediately place the fresh basil leaves on top. Let it rest for 1 minute.
- 6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the flatbread. Cut it into four or eight pieces. Serve warm.
