🥗 Spicy Thai Sausage Skewers

Ingredients
- 300g Ground Pork
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Fish Sauce
- 1 TL Chili Flakes
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 Bund Fresh Cilantro
- 6 Skewers
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Mix ground pork with onion, garlic, fish sauce, chili flakes, and sugar.
- 3. Thread the mixture onto skewers and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 4. Grill the skewers on a grill for 10-15 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
- 5. Serve skewers hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
