  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
  2. 2. Wash the peppers and cut off the tops. Remove the seeds.
  3. 3. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
  4. 4. Fry the minced meat crumbly in a little oil.
  5. 5. Add the onions and garlic and fry them for 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the tomatoes (with juice from the can) and the paprika powder. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Fill the pepper pods with the minced meat tomato mixture.
  8. 8. Place the filled peppers in a baking dish. Sprinkle them with the cheese.
  9. 9. Bake the peppers for 25 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted.
