🫑 Lonely Spanish Pepper Pot

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Bell peppers (large, red and yellow)
- 400 g Minced meat (beef or pork)
- 400 g Tomatoes (canned)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic clove
- 150 g Cheese (Gouda or Mozzarella, grated)
- 1 EL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Black pepper
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 2. Wash the peppers and cut off the tops. Remove the seeds.
- 3. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
- 4. Fry the minced meat crumbly in a little oil.
- 5. Add the onions and garlic and fry them for 3 minutes.
- 6. Add the tomatoes (with juice from the can) and the paprika powder. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7. Fill the pepper pods with the minced meat tomato mixture.
- 8. Place the filled peppers in a baking dish. Sprinkle them with the cheese.
- 9. Bake the peppers for 25 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted.
