🍽️ Spekulatius Liqueur

Ingredients

• 150 ml schnapps (corn)
• 250 ml whipping cream
• 50 g powdered sugar
• 3 tbsp Nutella
• 2 tsp spice mix (speculaas)

Instructions

1. 1. Stir together the Korn, the nut nougat cream, the powdered sugar, and the speculatius spice until a smooth, homogeneous mass forms.
2. 2. Whip the heavy cream until lightly stiff and fold it into the mixture.
3. 3. The liqueur keeps for two to three months.
4. 4. Store it in a cool and dark place.
