Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
- 2. Dice the onion and sauté in a pan with olive oil, then add the potatoes and fry for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Mix the potatoes and onions with the eggs.
- 5. Cook the mixture in the pan for another 5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
