  2. 2. Cut the chicken meat into equal-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Finely press the garlic cloves with a knife or press.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and remove it from the pan.
