🍗 Spanish Garlic Chicken Pan with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 400 g Potatoes
- 6 Stk. Garlic cloves
- 1 EL Sweet paprika powder
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Cut the chicken meat into equal-sized pieces.
- 3. Finely press the garlic cloves with a knife or press.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and remove it from the pan.
- 6. Put the potatoes in the same pan and fry for 10 minutes.
- 7. Add the garlic and paprika powder and stir for 1 minute.
- 8. Put the chicken back into the pan.
- 9. Season everything with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- 10. Serve the dish warm.
