🥘 Spanish Potato Pan with Peppers

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 2 Stück Onions
- 2 Stück Red Peppers
- 4 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black Pepper
- 1 TL Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes (approx. 1 cm). Wash and dry them.
- 2. Cut the onions and peppers into thin strips.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the onions and peppers to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes until soft.
- 5. Add the potato cubes. Stir to mix with the oil and vegetables.
- 6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Stir.
- 7. Cover the pan and let the potatoes cook for 20 minutes over medium-low heat until tender. Stir occasionally.
- 8. Remove the pan from the heat. Let the dish rest for 2 minutes before serving.
