🥘 Spanish Potato and Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 2 Stk Red Pepper
- 2 Stk Onions
- 40 ml Olive Oil
- 2 EL Paprika Powder (Sweet)
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Black Pepper
- 150 g Feta Cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
- 3. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips.
- 4. Dice the onions into small cubes.
- 5. Mix the olive oil with paprika powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- 6. Add the potato slices, pepper strips, and onions to the bowl and toss well to coat them with the seasoning.
- 7. Place the mixture into a baking dish and press it down firmly.
- 8. Crumble the feta cheese over the top and distribute it evenly.
- 9. Bake the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- 10. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
