🍳 Spanish Potato Egg Scramble

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 3 Stk Eggs
- 50 g Ham cubes (Serrano or cooked ham)
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, uniform cubes (approx. 1 cm).
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the potato cubes to the pan and fry for approx. 10 minutes until soft and golden brown. Stir occasionally.
- 4. Add the ham cubes and fry for 2 minutes.
- 5. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl with salt and pepper.
- 6. Pour the eggs over the potatoes and stir gently until the egg is set but still moist (approx. 2 minutes).
