Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic Cloves
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Stück Egg
- 2 EL Tomato Paste
- 400 ml Passata (Strained Tomatoes)
- 1 TL Sweet Paprika Powder
- 10 g Salt
- 5 g Black Pepper
- 30 ml Olive Oil
Instructions

- 2. Form 16-20 small, walnut-sized meatballs from the mixture. Heat the olive oil in a pot and fry the meatballs all around until brown. Remove them from the pot and set aside.
- 3. Add the tomato paste to the pot and stir briefly. Add the passata and approx. 200 ml of water. Stir until the tomato paste has dissolved.
- 4. Return the fried meatballs to the sauce. Cover the pot and simmer the albóndigas over low heat for approx. 20 minutes.
- 5. Season the sauce to taste with a little more salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs hot, preferably with rice or bread.
