Ingredients
- 250 g Phyllo Dough
- 300 g Spinach
- 150 g Feta Cheese
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sauté spinach and onion in a pan.
- 2. Crumble feta and add.
- 3. Add eggs, salt, and pepper, mix well.
- 4. Lay phyllo dough on a baking sheet, add filling.
- 5. Fold dough and brush with olive oil.
- 6. Bake in oven at 180°C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Serve hot.
