🥪 Spanakopita (Spinach Pie)

Ingredients
- 6 Blätter Phyllo dough
- 200 g Spinach
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Eggs
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add spinach and sauté briefly.
- 3. In a bowl, mix spinach, crumbled feta, the egg, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Layer phyllo dough sheets on a baking tray and add the filling.
- 5. Fold the edges together and brush with olive oil.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
