1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Follow the instructions on the package.
2. Peel the garlic cloves. Crush them flat using the broad side of a large, heavy knife.
3. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and pick off the leaves. Chop them coarsely. Crumble the chili peppers slightly.
4. Heat the olive and rapeseed oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and chili in it over low heat, stirring constantly.
5. Drain the spaghetti in a colander and let it drip dry. Reserve 100 milliliters of the pasta water.
6. Stir the reserved pasta water and the parsley into the chili-garlic oil. Mix everything in a large bowl with the spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve the dish.
