🍝 Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Pancetta
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- 2. While the spaghetti is cooking, dice the pancetta and fry it in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan with the pancetta, sauté for about 1 minute.
- 4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the grated Parmesan and season with freshly ground pepper.
- 5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and quickly add it to the pan with pancetta and garlic, mixing well.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture over the hot spaghetti and stir quickly to let the eggs set slightly without scrambling.
- 7. Serve immediately and sprinkle with more Parmesan and pepper to taste.
