  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. 2. While the spaghetti is cooking, dice the pancetta and fry it in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
  3. 3. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan with the pancetta, sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. 4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the grated Parmesan and season with freshly ground pepper.
  5. 5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and quickly add it to the pan with pancetta and garlic, mixing well.
  6. 6. Pour the egg mixture over the hot spaghetti and stir quickly to let the eggs set slightly without scrambling.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and sprinkle with more Parmesan and pepper to taste.
