🍝 Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Carrot
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL oregano
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2. Peel and dice the carrot.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until soft.
- 4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- 5. Add the carrot and tomato sauce, season with oregano, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- 7. Drain the spaghetti, plate it, and top with the Bolognese sauce.
- 8. Serve as desired, optionally sprinkle with Parmesan.
