Ingredients
- 300 g Pork (or Chicken)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 2 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Oregano
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 4 Stück Wooden Skewers
Instructions
- 1. Cut meat into cubes and place in a bowl.
- 2. Add onion, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.
- 3. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- 4. Skewer meat onto wooden skewers.
- 5. Grill over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
- 6. Serve with tzatziki.
