Ingredients
- 700 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 100 g Green beans
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 TL Basil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the vegetables.
- 2. Bring the broth to a boil and add the vegetables.
- 3. Let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- 4. Blend basil and garlic in a mixer.
- 5. Add the blended mixture to the soup and stir well.
- 6. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and serve.
