🍲 French Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 4 Onions
- 50 g butter
- 800 ml Beef broth
- 150 ml White wine
- 1 baguette
- 100 g Cheese (Gruyère)
- 1 TL Thyme
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice onions into rings and caramelize in butter.
- 2. Deglaze with white wine and let reduce.
- 3. Add beef broth and thyme, simmer for 30 minutes.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Slice baguette, toast, and top with cheese.
- 6. Fill bowls with soup, top with baguette, and gratinate in the oven.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
