Ingredients
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion
- 400 ml Chicken Broth
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil.
- 2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- 3. Season with paprika and let simmer.
- 4. Crack eggs into the soup.
