🥗 Sunflower Tian with Tomato Rings

Ingredients
- 300 g Waxy potatoes
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 15 g Basil
- 10 g Garlic
- 25 ml Sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them into very thin slices (about 3 mm thick).
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and also slice them into thin slices.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic and roughly chop the basil leaves.
- 4. Place a layer of potato slices in the bottom of a tian dish (shallow round dish) and add a layer of tomato slices.
- 5. Repeat the layers until the vegetables are used up, and sprinkle garlic and basil in between.
- 6. Pour the sunflower oil over all the vegetables and press them down gently.
- 7. Bake the tian at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until the vegetables are soft and lightly caramelized.
