🥗 Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad)

Ingredients
- 200 g green papaya
- 50 g carrots
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 EL lime juice
- 1 EL fish sauce
- 1 EL palm sugar
- 30 g peanuts
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 1 chili
Instructions
- 1. Peel and julienne the papaya and carrots.
- 2. Pound garlic and chili in a mortar.
- 3. Add papaya and carrot strips and lightly pound.
- 4. Halve the tomatoes and fold them in.
- 5. Add lime juice, fish sauce, and palm sugar, mix well.
- 6. Garnish with peanuts and serve.
