Ingredients
- 200g Green Papaya
- 100g Cherry Tomatoes
- 50g Carrot
- 2 EL Lime Juice
- 1 EL Fish Sauce
- 30g Peanuts
Instructions
- 1. Peel green papaya and shred into fine strips.
- 2. Shred carrot and add to the papaya.
- 3. Quarter cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice and fish sauce.
- 5. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.
- 6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and serve.
