Ingredients
- 200 g mixed meats (e.g. ham, salami)
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 600 ml broth (meat or vegetable)
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 1 EL oil
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut meats into small pieces and sauté in a pot.
- 2. Dice onion and bell pepper, add to meat and sauté.
- 3. Add tomato paste and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add broth and pickled cucumbers; bring to a boil.
- 5. Simmer for 30 minutes, seasoning with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Serve soup hot, optionally garnished with cream.
