Ingredients
- 200 g Cured Meat
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Pickles
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 EL Tomato Paste
- 750 ml Vegetable Broth
- 2 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 TL Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and bell pepper.
- 2. Cut the meat into small pieces.
- 3. Sauté onion and pepper in a pot.
- 4. Add meat and tomato paste, and brown slightly.
- 5. Add broth and pickles, simmer for 30 minutes.
- 6. Season with lemon juice and paprika powder.
