🍝 Soba Noodles with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g Soba Noodles
- 1 Stück, in Streifen Carrots
- 1 Stück, in Streifen Bell Pepper
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 2 Stück, in Ringen Spring Onions
- 1 TL, gerieben Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Stir-fry vegetables in a pan with oil and add ginger.
- 3. Add noodles and season with soy sauce.
- 4. Mix well and heat through briefly.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
