🥤 Green power smoothie

Ingredients
- 100 g Fresh Spinach
- 1 mittelgroße Banana
- 1 Avocado
- 200 g Greek Yogurt
- 50 g Oats
- 20 g Almonds (chopped)
- 1 EL Honey
- 250 ml Water or Plant Milk
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the fresh spinach and add it to the blender.
- 2. Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and add it to the blender.
- 3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and add it to the blender.
- 4. Add Greek yogurt, oats, and honey.
- 5. Add water or plant milk and blend everything well until a creamy consistency is reached.
- 6. Stir in the chopped almonds or use them as a topping.
- 7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
