🌽 Smoky Sweet Potato and Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 300 g Sweet potato
- 200 g Broccoli
- 10 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 5 g Garlic powder
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 50 g Greek yogurt (plain)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
- 5. Mix the olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- 6. Add the sweet potato cubes and chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- 7. Place the vegetables and meat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 8. Bake the ingredients in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 9. Stir the Greek yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to make a sauce.
- 10. Divide the finished ingredients into four containers and serve the sauce separately or drizzled on top.
