🌶️ Roasted Pimientos de Padrón with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 400 g Pimientos de Padrón (or small green peppers)
- 30 g Butter
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Flaky sea salt
- 1/2 TL Smoked paprika
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers and dry them thoroughly. Optionally remove the stems.
- 2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3. Place the peppers in the pan. Fry them for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they have brown spots.
- 4. Sprinkle the smoked paprika over them and fry for another 1 minute.
- 5. Remove the peppers from the heat and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately.
