  1. 1. Wash the peppers and dry them thoroughly. Optionally remove the stems.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Place the peppers in the pan. Fry them for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they have brown spots.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the smoked paprika over them and fry for another 1 minute.
  5. 5. Remove the peppers from the heat and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately.
