🐟 Smoked Trout Salad with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients
- 300 g Smoked trout fillets
- 200 g Arugula (washed and dried)
- 150 g Cucumber (sliced thinly)
- 30 ml Lemon (juice of one whole lemon)
- 40 ml Olive oil (extra virgin)
- 15 g Fresh dill (chopped)
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the skin from the trout fillets and crumble the meat into coarse pieces.
- 2. Place the arugula and cucumber slices on a large serving platter.
- 3. Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 4. Distribute the trout pieces and chopped dill over the salad.
- 5. Drizzle the salad with the dressing mixture and serve immediately.
