🍣 Spaghetti with Smoked Salmon and Dill

Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Smoked salmon (in chunks)
- 150 g Cream cheese (soft variety)
- 1 EL Lemon (juice)
- 15 g Dill (fresh, chopped)
- 1 Stück Onion (diced)
- 1 EL Butter
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1/4 TL White pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente. Reserve half a cup of cooking water.
- 2. Sauté the onion in butter until translucent. Stir in the cream cheese until melted.
- 3. Mix the sauce with the lemon juice and the reserved water. Gently fold in the spaghetti and smoked salmon. Season with white pepper and dill.
