  1. 1. Cook the whole wheat spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. When done, drain and rinse briefly with cold water to prevent sticking.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast fillet into uniform strips. Marinate the meat in a bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. While the meat marinates, dice the mango into small cubes. Slice the spring onions into small rings. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mango and mix with the spring onions to make the salsa.
  4. 4. Heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Fry the marinated chicken strips for 4 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Layer the spaghetti in 4 bowls. Distribute the chicken strips on top and add a large spoonful of mango salsa. Done.
