🥗 Smashed Sweet Potatoes with Feta

Ingredients
- 400g Sweet potatoes
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 100g Feta cheese
- 1 EL Rosemary
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water until soft.
- 2. Drain and place on a baking sheet.
- 3. Gently smash with a fork.
- 4. Add olive oil, crumbled feta, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C until edges are crispy.
