🥗 Smashed Potatoes with Garlic

Ingredients
- 500g Potatoes
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 4 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Rosemary
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are soft.
- 2. Drain the cooked potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
- 3. Gently smash with a fork.
- 4. Drizzle with olive oil, chopped garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C until golden brown and crispy.
