Ingredients
- 400 g Ground beef
- 2 Stück Burger buns
- 2 Scheiben Cheddar cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Divide the ground beef into two equal portions.
- 2. Heat a skillet and add oil.
- 3. Place patties in the pan and press flat with a spatula.
- 4. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and top with salt, pepper, and cheese.
- 5. Assemble: Toast bun halves, top with patty and onion.
- 6. Serve immediately.
