Ingredients
- 500g Pork belly
- 1.5L Water
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bund Tamarind leaves
- 1 Radish
- 2 Green chili
- 200g Bok choy
Instructions
- 1. Bring the pork in a large pot with water and onion to a boil.
- 2. Add the sliced tomatoes and simmer for about 45 minutes until the meat is tender.
- 3. Add the tamarind leaves, radish, and chili and cook for another 10 minutes.
- 4. Finally, add the bok choy and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- 5. Serve hot.
