Ingredients
- 300g Basmati Rice
- 500g Chicken
- 200g Yogurt
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 EL Biryani spice mix
- 50g Coriander
- 4 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice in water.
- 2. Cut chicken into cubes and marinate.
- 3. Fry onions in oil, then add tomatoes.
- 4. Add chicken and Biryani spice, mix well.
- 5. Add rice and water and cook.
- 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
