🍛 Sindhi Biryani - Spicy Rice with Meat

Ingredients
- 300g Basmati rice
- 400g mutton
- 2 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 150g yogurt
- 2 Esslöffel Biryani spices
- 3 Esslöffel oil
- zum Garnieren coriander
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice in water and drain.
- 2. Fry onions in oil until golden brown.
- 3. Add mutton and Biryani spices and sauté well.
- 4. Add tomatoes and yogurt, mix well.
- 5. Add rice and adjust water to taste.
- 6. Cover and steam on low heat for 20 minutes.
