🍷 Simmered Cream with White Wine

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 ml Chicken stock
- 100 ml Dry white wine
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 20 g Butter
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into thick strips and fry them in butter over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
- 2. Pour the white wine into the pan and let it simmer while stirring for 2 minutes until reduced by half.
- 3. Add the chicken stock and let the sauce simmer gently for 4 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the cream and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Return the chicken to the pan, warm it briefly in the sauce, and serve immediately.
