  2. 2. Pour the white wine into the pan and let it simmer while stirring for 2 minutes until reduced by half.
  3. 3. Add the chicken stock and let the sauce simmer gently for 4 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the cream and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Return the chicken to the pan, warm it briefly in the sauce, and serve immediately.
