Ingredients
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrots
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Chili Oil
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 TL, gerieben Ginger
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop vegetables small.
- 2. In a pan, sauté vegetables in chili oil.
- 3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
- 5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
